Protection of our employees – Battery collection will be maintained
We are therefore following & implementing the recommendations of the government and health authorities and have taken the most appropriate measures to protect our employees. We will do our best to be available to you in the coming weeks with the usual service and reliability in sales/order acceptance as well as collections to carry out your important requirements.
With the addition to the precautions in our offices, sending employees in home offices where possible, we are delivering a continuous operation. Furthermore, we are exchanging information internally on a daily basis and informing all stakeholders with the latest findings and possible adjustments/measures to the way we operate.
Changes for customers during battery collection
Please understand that we have instructed our drivers to currently refrain from signing the delivery notes/delivery receipts and instead confirming the collection with our own signature (on order) to reduce any risks. If you have questions concerning our measures and services, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
